Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Glaura account data, booking data, and Instagram-related data at any time.

How to request deletion

• In the app: log in, open Profile or Account, then Settings, and choose Delete Account.
• By email: send a request to dpo@glaura.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address or phone number linked to your Glaura account.
• Instagram data: if your request concerns Instagram data, include the Instagram handle or account ID used with Glaura so we can locate the connected record.

What we delete

• Glaura profile data, authentication tokens, and app usage data.
• Instagram connection data, including access tokens, connected account identifiers, profile metadata, imported Reels, and Instagram DM records stored by Glaura.
• Customer conversation data unless retention is legally required for a booking, payment, dispute, fraud-prevention, or accounting record.

Timeline and confirmation

We acknowledge deletion requests by email and complete deletion within 30 days after verifying the requester. Some payment or accounting records may be retained for the legally required period and are isolated from product use.

Meta callbacks

When Meta sends a signed data deletion or deauthorization callback for a connected Instagram account, Glaura deletes the stored Instagram token and connection fields and removes Instagram-related data associated with that account.
